Privacy Policy

Many people reading this site are here precisely because privacy matters to them. This page says plainly what the website does and doesn't do with your information. It covers the website only — how your health information is handled once you become a client is described in the practice's Notice of Privacy Practices, which is posted on this site and given to you at intake.

What this site collects

• Nothing, if you only read. Browsing this site requires no account and sets no cookies. This site currently uses no analytics and no advertising trackers of any kind.
• What you type into a form. The consultation, waitlist, and contact forms send exactly what you enter — name, email, and your message — to the practice's email inbox. It isn't stored in any other database, sold, or shared with anyone.
• Email list signups. If you join the reader or clinician list, your address is kept in the practice's inbox and used only for the emails described at signup. Unsubscribe any time by replying; your address is then deleted.

Requests your browser makes to third parties

Loading this site causes your browser to request a few resources from outside services. Each can record that your browser made the request (typically your IP address and the page you were on):

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) — the site's typefaces.
• jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — the animation libraries.
• Psychology Today — our site displays a verification badge served by Psychology Today, which may record that your browser requested it.

None of these receive anything you type into a form.

What we never do

• No selling or renting of any information, ever.
• No social media tracking pixels or share widgets.
• No requirement to explain your situation before you're allowed to reach out.

A note on email

Ordinary email is not a secure medium. The forms on this site are intended for scheduling and logistics; please keep clinical details out of them. The substance of therapy belongs in session, on a private, HIPAA-compliant platform.
